Help you select the right Contractor and Subcontractors and negotiate the best contract including appropriate contractor insurance requirements.

• Construction Management:

Manage the construction process, budget and schedule to complete your work on time and on budget. Coordinate review, approval and contractor requirements with landlord as required by your lease.

• Project Completion:

Obtain all inspection approvals and certificate of occupancy. File all notices of completion for work done to ensure your remodel is completed lien free.

• Due Diligence

Provide total cost estimates to entitle, permit and construction your development.  Coordinate and review consultant reports as needed to safely conclude due diligence for any real estate acquisition.
